I understand that life can become overwhelming when stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, ADHD symptoms, or past trauma begin affecting your daily life. Many people find themselves constantly overthinking, emotionally exhausted, disconnected in relationships, or struggling to balance responsibilities while trying to appear "okay" on the outside.
