With more than 40 years of combined experience in healthcare and business leadership, our founding team saw a persistent challenge facing independent healthcare providers: the difficulty of accessing professional, affordable clinical space without the burden of long-term leases and expensive build-outs.
Mitra Esfandi's background in healthcare administration — including roles at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center and Baylor College of Medicine — gave her direct insight into the operational pressures independent practitioners face every day. Reza Esfandi's experience leading global technology operations and building high-performing teams provided the foundation to turn that vision into reality.

Mitra Masoumy Esfandi
With over 20 years in healthcare administration — including clinical roles at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center and Baylor College of Medicine — Mitra deeply understands the challenges independent practitioners face.
