Jenny Bahena is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor who helps individuals, couples, and families find healing through holistic, person-centered, and evidence-based therapy. She works with children (5+) and adults, offering a safe, compassionate space to address life's challenges.

As a certified spiritual director, she also supports clients who want to integrate their faith into therapy. Jenny is passionate about helping people of all backgrounds find hope and wholeness.
